• A request to cancel an admission or enrolment must be made in writing to the Institute at iemsjsr@gmail.com, mentioning the applicant’s name, programme and payment details.
• The date on which we receive your written request will be treated as the date of cancellation.

• Refund of course fees, where applicable, is considered as per the rules of the Institute in force at the time of admission and any applicable norms of affiliating or regulatory bodies.
• Application, registration or admission processing charges are generally non-refundable, as they cover costs already incurred.
• Approved refunds are made to the original payment method or bank account of the person who made the payment.

If your account is debited but the payment is not reflected as successful, or if you are charged more than once for the same transaction, the excess or failed amount is normally reversed automatically by the bank / payment gateway within its standard timelines. If you do not receive such a reversal, please contact us with your transaction details and we will help resolve the issue.

Once a refund is approved, it will typically be processed within 7 to 10 working days. The actual time for the amount to reflect in your account depends on your bank or card issuer.
