• On successful payment, a confirmation or receipt is sent to the email address or phone number you provide, usually immediately or within a few hours.
• Access to classes, admission confirmation and academic services is provided as per the schedule communicated by the Institute at the time of admission.
• Any digital study material is made available electronically through email or the Institute, and does not require physical shipping.

In the event any physical study material or document is to be provided, it will ordinarily be collected from the Institute’s office at the address below. If dispatch by post or courier is arranged in a particular case, applicable timelines and charges (if any) will be communicated to you in advance.
